Banish negative tension by slowly massaging (counter-clockwise) with the first two fingers of each hand, small circles to your temples. To relax your brow area, gently pinch, with a thumb below each eyebrow and index finger above. Lift each brow out to the temples. If available, an extended steaming will do wonders for the dark circles.
