Please note, although many of our products do not contain gluten, none of our products are certified gluten free. As always, we encourage customers who have serious allergies to consult a doctor or conduct a patch test before using any product.

We are proud to be certified cruelty free by PETA and we do not test any of our ingredients or formulas on animals!

Although many of our treatments do not have nuts or soy, Dermelect products are not certified nut or soy free. We recommend consulting your physician regarding personal allergies.

While we do have pregnant women using our products, we recommend consulting your physician for personalized medical advice.

For best results, we recommend using Dermelect products together however, our treatments are suitable for use within any skincare regimen.

Dermelect treatments are suitable for all skin types including sensitive! As always, we encourage customers who have serious allergies conduct a patch test before using any product.

Dermelect treatments are sized to last anywhere from 30-90 days depending on the product as well as each user’s individual usage amount and frequency. All Dermelect products have a PAO (period after opening) symbol located on the product box, which is your best indicator for how long to keep a product for after first using.

Dermelect treatments are not certified organic.

ORDERS:

Dermelect offers free shipping everyday on orders over $25.00 on Dermelect.com. Please note, this unfortunately does not apply to international orders (orders shipping outside of the US).

Dermelect is proud to ship our treatments all over the world! Please note that all international orders on Dermelect.com are final sale and delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Please contact us at support@dermelect.com as soon as you notice the error. We will do our very best to adjust your order, as long as it is not already in the fulfillment process or in-transit.

Upon shipment, our system will automatically send you a tracking email with a live link to easily monitor the progress of our package. If you haven’t received an email from us within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder.

It can take carriers up to 24 hours after shipment to update your tracking information. If after that window, you’re still not seeing a change feel free to reach out to us at support@dermelect.com and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Orders are generally 3-5 business days after they leave our facilities. Please keep in mind, although we prioritize shipping out orders right away, we cannot control carrier transit times and/or delays. No need to worry- our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you.

If your package was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at support@dermelect.com and we’ll make it right!

We kindly ask that you double-check your front door and mailbox as well as with neighbors and the other members of your household. If your package still cannot be located, please contact us at support@dermelect.com so we can assist you!

SELF-ESTEEM BEAUTY SLEEP SERUM:

Due to the nature of L-Ascorbic Acid found in the product, the serum will shift in color from its original clear to an overall amber. Most importantly, the color adjustment does not affect the efficacy of the treatment. Dermelect manufactures in small runs to ensure that the product you are receiving is fresh, safe and effective!

The smell of the product is that of a true skincare treatment! There is no added fragrance to mask the scent.

PEPTIDE INFUSED NAIL CARE:

For maximum benefits, remove polish weekly with a remover and repeat your Dermelect regimen.

You can use your favorite non-acetone or acetone polish remover to remove Dermelect nail care!
