First-time email and text subscribers receive 10% off their first order after signup confirmation. One use per household. Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Dermelect.com cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. Dermelect.com does not endorse the Content of any third party site, nor do can we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. ONLINE ORDERING / PRODUCT REVIEWS 

By placing an order on dermelect.com or by transmitting product or service ratings or reviews (collectively, "Orders/Reviews") to the Review Service, you hereby (a) irrevocably assign and transfer to dermelect.com all of your rights, title and interest, on a worldwide basis, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights and moral rights, in and to such Orders/Reviews; (b) to the extent the preceding assignment and transfer is ineffective, grant dermelect.com an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual and fully sublicensable and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display such Reviews throughout the universe in any media, now known or hereafter devised; (c) grant dermelect.com, its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name, identifier, or any portion thereof, submitted in connection with such Order/Reviews, if they so choose; and (d) represent and warrant that (i) such Orders/Reviews are either original to you, or all third party rights have been fully cleared for use as contemplated by this Agreement; (ii) such Orders/Reviews do and will not, in any way, violate or breach any of the terms of this Agreement, and (iii) dermelect.com shall not in any circumstance be required to pay or incur any sums to any person or entity as a result of its use or exploitation of the Orders/Reviews.

If you interact with Dermelect® or any third parties by and through the Interactive Services or any Social Media Pages, you should be aware that the personal information that you submit by and through such venues can be read, collected and/or used by other users of these forums (depending on your privacy settings associated with the accounts you have with the hosts of such Social Media Pages, if applicable), and could be used to send you unsolicited messages or otherwise to contact you without your consent or desire. We are not responsible for the personal information that you choose to submit in these forums.
