Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed on the next regular business day. Transit time is approximately 2 to 7 business days from the day it gets picked up from our New York facility..
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, you must contact us within 20 minutes of placing the order. Please email support@dermelect.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our standard shipping is applicable to the United States. If unavailable in your country, then we will ship directly to you for an additional shipping & handling charge of a minimun of US $20.00 (dependent on location). All international orders are FINAL SALE.

Your order is subject to sales tax. Rate dependent on your delivery address and jurisdiction.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Dermelect provides an auto-delivery subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis of your initial choice at which time your credit card will be charged automatically, without further authorization from you, for the auto-delivery/subscription products, including applicable handling fees until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. You can pause or delay your order, trouble-free and without worrying about any fees directly through your customer account or by contacting us by phone at any time. Any changes must be made before your next ship date. All auto-delivery orders, including first and all recurring orders, are subject to typical processing times. Promotional codes cannot be used on auto-delivery orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you do have to exchange or return a product, please do so within 30 days of purchase & enclose your original receipt (packing slip). A $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that all merchandise orders over $250.00 are Final Sale. Dermelect products purchased outside of Dermelect.com must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Shopping at dermelect.com is safe with all online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk and when we forward it to the merchant. Our site and all correspondence to and from dermelect.com is secure. Dermelect.com does not store your credit card information for future orders once the initial order has been processed.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel any order due to system errors or unforeseen problems.
