Hold the gua sha on its edge and use gentle sweeping motions across your jawline.

Next, place the curved part of the tool over your brow bone and glide it toward your hairline.

Finish by using the longest side of the tool to sweep upwards on your forehead and down your neckline towards your chin.

Repeat each motion six times for a rejuvenating facial. For the best results, aim to do this 2-3 times per week.
